Robust Construction

The seat and backrest are formed from 1.0mm hardened cold-rolled steel using high-pressure stamping technology. This ensures a seamless, one-piece design without sharp edges, providing superior strength and safety. The surface features a flash silver powder coating that is smooth, breathable, and highly resistant to rust and abrasion.

Reinforced Octagonal Beam

Supporting the structure is a premium 80x90mm octagonal steel beam. Manufactured with cold stamping and 1.3mm thick steel, this beam undergoes a rigorous treatment process including polishing, acid washing, anti-rust treatment, and electrostatic powder coating. The result is a sleek silver-grey finish that is exceptionally wear-resistant. PP plastic end caps protect the beam ends.

Optional PVC Cushion

For enhanced comfort, an optional cushion is available. The cushion consists of PVC leather wrapped around 1.5cm high-density sponge and a wooden board base, providing a total thickness of approximately 2.5cm. Cushion colors can be customized according to customer requirements.

Finish & Details

All metal components, including the armrests and legs, are crafted from 1.0mm hardened steel using deep drawing and MIG welding techniques. The final finish is a lustrous flash silver, achieved through a process of die casting, high-strength welding, polishing, and anti-rust spraying.
