    The ZK01 stadium seating features double-wall, making it more comfortable than single wall stadium chairs. Due to its seat design, appearance, the chair looks beautiful when installed to the stadiums. Besides, the stadium seating is also easy for installation and repair.

    3. Parts/Accessories


    There are 3 installation methods.

    Floor mounted (stadium seating is mounted directly onto the concrete or wooden steps above, with screws at the bottom securing the seat and steps).


    Riser mounted (stadium seating is mounted on aluminium feet which are fixed to the riser ramp of concrete or wooden steps).


    Bleacher seating (a row of seats mounted on a steel/aluminum/concrete staircase, can also be a telescopic bleacher seating system.
    1. Tripods: are all high-quality aluminum alloy brackets with polished and plastic-sprayed surfaces, good quality and beautiful appearance.

    2. Pipes: High quality pipes connect 1-20 seats.

    3. Steel parts: All have undergone anti-oxidation treatment.

    4. Fasteners: Standard screws and washers to attach the hoops to the seat and feet. Use expansion bolts to secure the stand to the floor.

    5. Seat Number Aluminum Sheet: Built into the top of the backrest unit, with the row number on both sides of each set.

    4. Installation


    Use M8x70 telescopic bolts to fix the seat to the floor. The seat spacing is 480mm and the seat height is about 425mm from the foor. Ensure the straightness of seats and rows.

    SCREW AND plates


    According to Article 5.2 of JGJ57-2000: The allowable deviation of the average distance difference between seats should not be greater than 10mm, and the allowable deviation of the distance difference between rows should not be greater than 40m.
